We need 2-5 business days to prepare the order.

Estimated Shipping Time:

USA: Shipping up to 2 - 7 business days


However, fulfillment and shipping times are estimated and subject to change, so please order in advance if you need an item for an event.

In some cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately in multiple packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.


Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations:

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

All orders are final sale, and we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll gladly make it right.

We’re happy to help in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item (color, size, or design)
  • The item arrived damaged

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
**We are unable to assist with requests made after this period or if the item has been worn or used.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos that include:

  1. The design on the product

  2. The product label

  3. The specific area showing the defect.

 

Order Cancellations

Because all items are printed to order, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered the printing process.

Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer available.
